unnecessary, noisy and very expensive IMO
At least you would have a new home heating source.

Need a case that can support that size. I think its ilpractical. # is enough when running 3870s
Finally noticed what you where referencing on the water cooling. . .
What kills me about the Quad and Triple cards is that there is no room for anything else. Sound Card for example.
The mother board needs to get larger.

And the case as well. Soon people will need 15 slot cases. Either that or redesign the way things are set up in a computer.Scratch[USA] wrote:

Intel probably doesn't want to take any chances/sides as far as compatibility goes. Plus it wouldn't be fair and they would receive a whole shitload of complaints if they made only nVidia exclusive boards.Freezer7Pro wrote:
I don't really get it; AMD owns ATI, so, naturally, Intel should favour nVidia, but yet, they make boards for ATI cards...
Wtf?

Skulltrail will be cool, supporting (Quad, Triple)Sli and even Crossfire and CrossfireX... I'd get it...
If I had a tower case and enough money for that thing ._.

Actually, most boards utilize a dual slot gap between each PCI / PCI-E etc to allow this. I know Asus now incorporates it on every board!Scratch[USA] wrote:
