Here's my story
I had a chem exam today. While I hate exams, the exam week itself is nice. Go in for 2 hours, then go back home. I usually take the bus back home. Today it was raining pretty heavy and I had nothing but pants, a t-shirt, a big sweatshirt on top, and a cap.
The first bus I take took around 20-30 minutes to show up, but I found decent enough shelter to not be soaked. I get on, then get to the bus terminal waiting for the next bus. I waited a good 30 minutes and during that time I got pretty damn wet.
Public transit is nice and all, except when it's so fucking unreliable that what would be a 10 minute car ride is regularly a 1 hour bus wait 'n' ride.
