I think it will be Mirror's Edge developed by Dice ofcource. A totaly new dimension in fps gaming physics with body movement control.

I like the parts where you are running and are about to stop, you just dont stop on a dime, it takes a while to go to a stop. Just like for real.
Also the posibility to stumble over objects making you lose balance.
