Okay, first off... I'm not some dumbass who gives his password to other people. I'm almost certain I must've gone to the bathroom or something and in that time, someone changed the homepage to Meatspin
So the computers at my school have Internet Explorer and Firefox. I always use Firefox, but for some reason this person decided to change my IE homepage. Thing is, the user accounts are restricted so we can't do it the normal way... you need to go in the registry and tool around with some string to change it to Meatspin. There are maybe 3 or 4 people in the entire school who I'd think would do it... I didn't really care but regardless.
So my friend and I are in the computer lab, just screwing around. The girl on the computer next to us is trying to put something on the school site, and it doesn't show up for her. The computer / IT lady asks us to check if it updated. My friend (who was on my computer on my account... yes I was there with him) opens IE and I notice that the toolbar says "Meatspin." I think "Ooooh shit" and quickly cover the screen. The IT lady sees some ad for a naughty site in the corner and figures we just somehow got redirected there.
I go to her and tell her that someone changed my homepage to a graphic pornography site and that I can't change it through IE (all I know is that you can change it in the registry, I don't actually know HOW to do it). She first calls IT asking them to reset my user profile. They do it, I log out then back in... and it's still there. So then she says she's gonna reset my password, log in, and see if she can fix it.
In the meantime we had assembly, and the IT lady (who does attendance for my seating section) says "Martin can you come see me after this?" I figured I was in big trouble. Assembly starts and finishes, I go to the computer lab, and she takes me to the dean's office.
In there, the dean asks me if I'm alright and if I've been scarred / traumatized by meatspin (I told her it was nasty but I didn't really care... I've seen far worse). Apparently, the IT lady opened IE and got meatspun as well... lmao. Anyways, now the dean thinks it's some sort of anti-homosexual thing (no I'm not gay) and if they guy who did this gets caught (he's done it before to other students as well) he's in deep shit.
That's my story.
