so i installed vista on my machine but when i went to install the drivers for my video card (downloaded from the nvidia website, newest ones), the screen went all psycho on me with diagonal blurred lines that made it impossible to see.  The only way I am able to see the screen is when i boot into safe mode.  Right when I boot normally, it always does the same exact thing.  help plox?

Happened to me, roll back/download previous drivers.
