Allright, I've googled these lyrics, asked almost everyone I know, and still I cannot figure out who sings this song. The singer sounds like the guy who sings the song at the beginning of CSI. Journey does NOT sing this song, I downloaded it and it just wasn't the same. The chorus is like:

It's very melodic and it is not by Journey. I heard it on a old rock/new rock station at work. I'm sorry I don't remember any other parts of the song, that's just the part that really stood out.
