Ok... I am currently 14 (turning 15 in a month) and I feel like taking the route of an athlete.
I am 5 9 and I weigh 145.
If you have any suggestions or advice, please post it up.
Here's what I already do:

Jog 10 miles a week
50 push-ups (finger) a day
400 handpress for each hand ever day
6 hours of taekwondo a week
3 hours of tennis a week
~500 double jump jump ropes every weekend
~6~12 hours of airsoft a month
60 crunches a day (paused after back injury. Gonna go back to it in about 2 days.)
I used to hike with my dad (intermediate 7~15 miles) speedhiking
that's about it.

Please do not post negative comments like "you are a wimp and a pussy." It will drive me to go harder, but it's not nice.
Thx

I think the miles are a bit low you should be looking at 15+. You should also work out different parts (biceps, abs, etc.). Otherwise looks good maybe search some things for exercises or soemthing.

Add weights to your jogging excercises. And drink plenty of water.

depends what are you trying to get out of it? looks? health? something to do?

also depends on you fitness now to. if you are doing nothing then i think you won't be doing that everyday yet. you will probably need to build up first. esp with finger pushups.

Are you in a sport?

Just training isn't going to push you in that direction.

Are 2 pounds good enough?
I currently use those, but I plan to increase it.

I think the biggest thing you need to look into is eating right. Of course exercises are important, but if you aren't eating right as well you will just be punishing your body, not be doing something to better it. I'm no nutritionist, but you should definitely look into it.

I do push-ups in reps of 35.

And do about 3 or 4 reps a day. Or more if I'm in the mood. I need to start running though =\

The list I mentions are the things I do already.

Whatever you feel comfortable with. You haven't told us your height or weight so I can't tell you how much you should be running with, but you still want to be able to lift your arms and legs the usual distance you run without them.

Your pretty tall for your age, I'd suggest you get 4-5 pnd anckle weights, 3 pnd hand weights (better than wrist).

If you want to mix up your routine, the pool is a good option. Even after a long jog you can still cool down and get a good excercise just buy doing a few lazy laps or even water jogging.

Ahhh... Thank you.. unfortunately, our local pool is infested with bird crap. I will consider that, though.
