Anyone seen it?

I saw it on the Discovery Channel this Saturday when surfing through channels before the football games.  Its almost exactly like Human Weapon on the History Channel.  These two guys went to Japan and had to learn some form of karate.  Well anyways it was a good show and all I want to do is punch trees and climb stone temples with my knuckles now.  Its pretty intense stuff

Last friday the Discovery Channel had back to back episodes. Those guys are meh...not the greatest; one of em I believe is a math teacher. WTF is he going through mid-life crisis? I like the other show (forgot the name) with the ex-NFL football player and the extreme fighter; they put up a better fight.

fight quest and human weapons are quite similar.
Both are awsome, though.

The original Human Weapon is better. They use animations and explain the basic physics and mechanics of the art forms. However, I will watch the Fight Quest. I think they are doing something unique while showing the world all the different forms of hand-to-hand combat. Good stuff.

I prefer Human Weapon. They help explain techniques, and relate to MMA we view on TV. I like both shows however, I like seeing how most Martial Arts always seem to have close similiarities.
