Hey i just made Gunnery Seargient or w/e, and how come i only get to pick 3 unlocks? i mean should i get more than 3 choices to which weapon to unlock? I got a g3, G36c, PKM, DOA-12, and L85A1, and i was hoping for a F2000 but i only got 3 choices to pick, does that mean that i am only gonna get 2 next time? or i am gonna get the weapons thats on the bottom of the list?
no. normally, you only get about one unlock for each rank you gain. check UBAR http://ubar.bf2s.com/ for details on ranks and number of unlocks. If you also own SF, you may get more, as the unlock requirements for the expansion are a little different from vanilla BF2. Also, with the upcoming 1.2 patch, EA has ( once more ) reduced rank/unlock requirements.
Still, if you received three unlocks, those are all you're gonna get any time soon. Remember, you have only one account globally, and once you have chosen your unlock, it is gone. So choose wisely.

and you have to unlock the bf2 weapon for that character type before you can unlock the SF version
