NFL? You mean NRWPL?
Srsly. Why do you feel the need to say something about the NFL in every thread it's mentioned?

This is most accurate. In Canada the price can vary from fairly cheap to way overpriced depending where and what you buy. I would guess that because sales in Columbus would be lower than alot of the other hockey markets there would be less produced. From there the old business status quo: the more you buy the better the deal ya get. This can in turn be passed on to the consumer in better list prices or in various sales/ promotions.Poseidon wrote:
Because the NHL's less popular than the other 3 sports. Not a lot of supply. Plus, the jerseys are thicker and more advanced than Basketball, Baseball and Football jersies.
I'm an Islanders fan and I just bought a personalized jersey for 175 bucks last month. A replica, at that. Personalized NFL jerseys are like...80?
If it was one of the new NHL jersey's that they released this year, well they are expensive because of the "engineering" that went into them. I haven't actually worn or seen on up close but they are supposed to be a bit flexible and they dont absorb water at all or something. Anyway, they r freekin expensive for a jersey.
well...in the case of the jerseys...hockey jerseys are thicker and requires sewing for the numbers and names...everything else thin and may have pressed letters and numbers
PS - Im a Canucks fan. Those damn BJ's got the best of the nucks last night, kudo's to them. They actually look like they might make the playoffs if they keep playing well. (the key is Pascal Leclair, so ya know, he's a REALLY good goalie)
Worst around here is NCAA Football stuff from the mall... Then NHL Stuff... NFL, NBA, and MLB stuff is pretty cheap. A decent (Using local teams here) OU or OSU Sweatshirt at the mall can run around $75 while you can get a NICE Dallas Cowboys Sweatshirt for $30-$40... I was going to buy something NHL for a relative, but unfortunately, nothing in the store was affordable for the price ranges we set... A basic NHL sweatshirt was in the $60-$80 range.
My guess is that it just depends on how much the licensing costs... NHL might charge more for "Official" licensing than the NFL. I think that the fact that you see NFL stuff on everything, and NHL is more of a specialty, the NFL can charge less and still make more money...

There are very few places to get Blue Jackets stuff and Destroyers stuff (arena football). If I order online, after shipping it comes to the same price. Plus I would miss all the milfs walking around the mall on a Wednesday afternoon.ig wrote:

I went to the FSN Ohio Blue Line teamshop at Tuttle Crossing. That is where I always go. I did go to champs, but I only found a couple things I wanted. Plus that shop has Destroyers stuff also.BlackKoala wrote:
