I could probably figure this out given some time, but I'm sure there are people on here who could answer this within a few seconds, so here goes:

I'm looking at upgrading to either a single 9-series GeForce card, or perhaps SLI 8-series cards, depending on pricing after the 9-series is released...

Although that is still in the future, I've got a new Antec 650W PS in anticipation, and now I need a good, SLI-capable MoBo so that when I do upgrade, I can just pop the card(s) in and go.  I'd like something that makes OCing easy, so I can bump my Q6600 up to 3.0gHz, and it would be nice if it would hold at least 4GB of RAM.

It doesn't necessarily need to be a top-of-the-line board, as I would like to spend between $100-150 if possible.  Recommendations?

I love my Gigabyte board, very easy in terms of overclocking. Mine isn't SLI but I know they do make them.

Yep go for one of those gigabyte rainbow motherboards(p35 /x38 chipset), I have one myself too (p35)and it OC's great. I too don't have a SLI capable motherboard but I also know they DO make them.

edit: Here you go! A GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3P.
And it fits perfectly in your price-range
