Nope, I would have if they released them on a disk when they first came out.
And when they eventually did there was no active servers, so it would have been a waste of money because there was no where to play it. IMO EA royally fucked up, cause I know a lot of people who were in the same situation as me.

Yes, but I bought them on one dvd as the BF2 "Complete Collection". It was a lot cheaper than buying them one by one. I still play different ones from time to time.

Bought battlefield 2..... when i wanted the unlocks i got a friend of mine (who introduced me to bf2) to sign into his SF on my account and i got all the unlocks.

You won't get shafted Skorpy, you just have to piss about downloading/registering etc
I have them both, if you play BF2 as much as I do, it's worth it for some extra variety.
EF has good maps and new weapons, although the vehicles are kinda sucky...
AF is ok for a blast, but I play it very rarely now.
There are some good servers running AF + EF that are regularly populated, but not many.

I bought armored fury and loved it. When I'm not playing Special Forces, I'm usually playing AF.
I guess I might as well get EF since it's so cheap? I'm kind of reluctant to since it doesn't seem like many people play it... or do they?

I have the Complete Collection! And haven't found a decent server to play EF on, but =SF= is working on getting back a US-based one.
Stay tuned on a server. An EF server may be in the works.
I play on =SF='s EF and AF server. I love it. they seem to be a great clan. and have a great server.
Bought the EF AF packs a month ago....Having tons of fun on those new maps. I love BF2 and am willing to part with 10 bucks to get 6 new maps! Just the fact that I get to mess with the little bird alone is worth the price! I love Taraba Quarry and Op Road Rage and all the others....totally worth the buy. The only thing I dont like is the fact my wife has to login to change the username associated with the booster packs.....EA fucked up that one.

Why not? They only cost $10, same as a movie ticket, but they provided at least a couple dozen hours of entertainment.

I got 'em all. I bought Vanilla, SF and because I couldn't get the boosters online I also bought the Complete Collection. Anyone who bitches about the booster packs without having played them is an unbelievable prick and doesn't know what he is missing.
