So I updated iTunes last night, get on the comp today, launch it and up comes the set-up assistant
at first im like, "wtf? w.e"
then I download When you were Young by the Killers and launch it
and my Logitech Z5500 speakers are off, so I flip the switch on the bass and press that little glowing red button only to be scared shitless by the ridiculous amount of noise projected by these speakers, and they were only at 5 bars.
but thats not what scared the shit out of me, I noticed sound check was off as well as all of my other settings, then I took a look at my library, I had about 3 copys of things and songs named shit like "z5532508queen88xxy256q8anotherone314098bites%33the@dust"
So im pissed off, because iTunes has done this to me before, and I look down and see 1753 songs, I know I would have to fix all of them, and all of my playcounts are erased (randomizer - more likely)
So out of desperation I reach behind the comp and flip my PSU switch, wait a couple seconds and flip it back and press the power button
I went and got some reeces puffs, came back, launched iTunes with a prayer, and Eureka! it works.
Everythings back to the normal
So Ive had to do that shit before, doesnt that just piss you off?
and no "itunes sucks, get this program" posts about how much better your Zune/other mp3 player / / software works than iTunes and iPod
