I don't get it.......you don't need a mouse, portable HD, and I hardly think a few CD's is a hassle. If anything you're going to need a portable HD even more with this Air, because you only get 80GB.

For the money all you're getting is a very nice looking laptop and Leopard. There are cheaper alternatives that are just a little bit over that weight, same and under. If I was running a business, I wouldn't get a laptop that looked nice over a better one.

I can see why some people might want to buy this. It is Apple, and if you want to be in with the gang, then you will want to get this. It has the touch screen technology of that of the iPhone... but I am struggling to think of any other reason why you would want to get this.

Well, most laptops of that size come with really small keyboards. Of course, a 15.4" one would beat that in no time, but for a 13.3", it's actually a bit over standard, and it's backlit.

That's just shit. Completely agree. And I find it's lack of ports... Disturbing. (Pun intended.)

It's not often I stand up for Apple, but this is a fairly good idea. Not perfect, but OK, and the price isn't that horrible. It is pretty advanced.

not that i'm sticking up for that apple crap but in a laptop for most people that's fine. Mine came with a 4200 80 gig drive and when it died i got a 5400 and noticed 0 difference. and i've never come close to filling it up, thats what my desktop is for. if i need any thing to take on the go with me i just transfer it from one to the other.
