Yesterday I got banned...

As mentioned above I got banned for baseraping at Ghost Town, UBA DK =RDR= server. I was standing at South Base as sniper and kiled enemies on the other side of the bridge. IMO that's not baseraping. I thought that baseraping was when entering the enemy base?? They have a roation system with Ghost Town/Mass D and Warlord. Played that server earlier and admins/members where standing at Plaza wall and shooting SAS leaving their base. If they're gonna be picky, shouldn't that be forbidden as well?

But my questions is that on my profile I haven't been banned. Or else I would have my first ban at the kicked/banned section. Right...??? So is this a temporary ban? Can I play that server today or next week???

This is my first ban so sorry for the noooooooooobish q's..

If you got banned more often, you wouldn't have this problem...

The profiles on Bf2s don't record bans, so you can't look at your stats to see them. I would recommend going to the clan website and appealing.

Ye for some reason it doesn't say you have been banned just kicked when you check stats.

IMO that's not baseraping. I thought that baseraping was when entering the enemy base??

According to your logic shooting TGMs at enemy uncap isn't baserape too? And never mind, if they ban you while you don't brake any major rule (spawncamping, statspadding, baseraping with vehicles etc.) - they just plain suck and can't stand being owned by someone more skilled. Take those bans as a compliment.

Thatnks, but I googled them and found their site. So I sucked some real ass to get un banned. One of the few servers with FF off on clays and I'm working on my sniper kit these days. Only missing 6 hours, and then I can go for expert and NEVER PLAY SNIPER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love baserape!!! Ghost Town is one of those maps that are almost ideal for such activities! Babb, I recommend the HBD GHost Town only server! There rape is officially allowed (not that this matters, nothing can stop a dedicated baseraper!!!)

id expect it to be a day or week ban.... i get them alot... only have 3 perm bans that i remember which dont show on my stats for some reason (all from (-BS-) clan servers)
but anyway try again tomorrow, or next week, maybe next month(if you can remember)
tbh thats a stupid reason to be kicked seeing as your weren technically in their base , they could of at least warned ya, but there are some stupid bf2 admins, like 10 years old who cant handle being killed

Best one I can think of...playing Op Clean Sweep...got an instant kick for shooting down 2 admins in a bomber over the uncap (I started tailing them long before that, I wasn't deliberately raping).

I came back, asked them if they could warn me next time...

3 minutes later, was chasing the same admins, shot a couple of missiles then broke off before they reached the airspace over the uncap; the missiles killed them a few seconds later, by that time they were over the base, so I got insta-kicked again, even though I made the effort NOT to shoot them over the base

Dumb fuckers...I hate the 'no-fly zone' crap, all they have to do is dodge a couple of missiles then run back to the base and they're safe...lame

So now I try to use MGs for stealth kills...

Also another French server I got kicked for going commander even though it wasn't mentioned anywhere in the rules...

I haven't had too much experience with French servers but the only one I'm aware of going on was STO, got banned 10 mins into the round, basically i was just doing really well, 30+ points above everyone else, I/O, 30 - 3 kd ratio. BANNED. No warning, and the PB message i got was "Kicked/Banned for excessive team killing. Lame!

Once i was banned for 24 hours for "baserape" as i was Spec Ops and blew up the scan on SAS uncap at G-Town. When i was on my way to my jetski 2 newbs came and attacked me and ofc i killed them. Then game stuck and main menu loaded up.

Yup, you're not missing much either; they always have all the rules in french, they are usually full of noobs, and admins kick for stupid reasons with no warning

I'm working on my sniper kit. 6 hours short for reaching 100 hours. And I suck at playing with that kit, I'm to slow to aim. But the thing is that there's no FF on clays. And you get an extreme kill amount having not to worry about teamkilling and idiots who punish you all the time. OK, this post probably wanna give me some good ol' flamin', but I just wanna get rid of this kit and start playing on something more "useful" kit.

And did I mention it??? I don't care if I'm a claynooooooob!
