Just noticed that if you add my Combat, Team and Commander scores you dont get my Global Score... Ive checked other players stats and the same thing occurs. Plus take the current leader Firestorm - http://bf2s.com/player/45719422/ . He has 48,697 team score, and 213,578 combat and 214,736 commander score, but only has a Global score of 342,678 ...

So how is Global score calculated then? - because if you add the team and combat scores for say Firestorm, you have a total that is something like 80000 odd points less than his global... and the same happens for my stats and im sure everyone elses... So whats up?

Seems a bit weird, as id assumed Global score was the total of Combat, Team and Command, but apparently not... It doesnt even look like Combat, Team and half of your Command score either.

Anyone got any idea?

Oh and I did search and didnt find anything even similar...

Yeah I am puzzled about this aswell I have tried to count up all scores substract all the team damages and teamkills and suicides but than I came up with less point than my GS so i really dont know

Yeh fair point, but as far as I understand it team damage etc, only affects your round score, so if you team kill two people you get 8 points off your round score and two team kills recorded on your stats but no points actually subtracted from your stats - as distinct from you not gaining the 8 points from the two TK's.

So at least someone else has noticed this . Its not particularly important but its still weird and doesnt make any sense, so if anyone can clear it up?

yeah but that would be a bit odd cuz than some1 could get like -250.. (if he being kicked for a negative score) and it wouldnt affect his global score.. would be strange right? And even if it did not affect yur GS than the point still wont add up.....

Global score = Combat score + Team score + Commander score - Combat score as commander (nobody knows how many points) - Team score as commander
(e.g. you are commander while using the support class and give ammo to someone else. You'll get a point for resupplies, but this score does not count as global score...)

After more than 90 hours as commander and several stats I made for myself on paper I'm pretty sure that this is correct.

i think bf2s.com should investigate this and put it in UBAR in the scoring system
