Im really clueless. About a week ago, in all games, but especially COD4, i started to get frequent jumps. FPS is fine (around 125) constantly, but the game just jumps forward. I reformatted my PC, and the problem was gone, the only applications I installed were COD4 and TS. I recently installed GIMP, and all was fine, but I downloaded some brushes yesterday, and I think that is where the problem started. Any input?

I would recommend running some anti-virus and some spyware scans if you were downloading things and then started having issues... Start off safe and work from there.
