I dont have the required time as medic class 15hours but i got the 20 kills IAR as required but i didnt get a green tick next to it. Does that mean i have to get the 20 IAR kills after i have 15 hours played as that class?

I do its just that i've already got the 20 IAR kills so what does it matter if i did it before 15 hours or not!

Well, then you would have people getting the War College Ribbon because they were lucky at the beginning and were on 3 teams straight that won when they started.
