Keep getting kicked off servers for this, any ideas on how to fix?

My friend is getting the same error. I said it was his internet but he actually upgraded it and it doest work.
Must of used a bad link, tried a new link, worked this time, sorry for wasting time.
Got the same thing a while back, and I uninstalled and reinstalled and everything was good.

I heard somewhere it was because some servers are too far away form you, so you don't send enough packets quickly enough for PB's liking.
Then they said that it would get less as more servers came online.
I had it for a bit, then just went on some different servers and was fine.
