New sniper rifle does one hit chest kills to unarmored infantry

I have it on pretty good word that the new sniper rifle is capable of delivering one hit kills when it hits unarmored infantry (medics, spec ops, etc) in the head and now also in the chest. Also, the M24 and M95 (the m95 moreso) get some accuracy improvements. Feel free to discuss, bitch, call me a liar, etc.

I guess we'll all know for sure tomorrow though.

Finally!

A .50 cal bullet (M95) going though your chest whould 100% kill you, but it's a game. Hopefully they do the one chest shot kill on the L96A1.

It isn't exactly one hit one kill ALL the time. I'm saying just for chest shots. Anything else on the body will probably still take 2 hits. Although its true that snipers usually hit the chest, so I dunno. After thinking about it a little bit, I'm kind of opposed to this. The snipers we have right now are good, because otherwise they'd go and choose another class. I'm not really receptive to the idea of a whole bunch of people all of the sudden playing the sniper kit. Imagine Karkand with all snipers

yeah a sniper can take out a squad with out enen knowing what the hell hit them. I play medic and spec ops so i have no armor so this is really not goo.

Yeah. And then imagine you being support or assault with an ak and mowing ALL of them down while you zigzag. In case you didnt know, when you zoom, you dont move very fast, and if you dont, the sniper rifles are worthless.

The L96A1 is the British Army designation of the standard AWC PM. The L96A1 won a British Army competition by a slight margin over the Parker-Hale M85 to become the standard sniper rifle for the British Army. The PM utilizes an aluminium frame over which is placed a high impact plastic stock. An adjustable Parker Hale Bi-Pod is fitted as standard. An uprated version, the AW, features many minor improvements, including an easier bolt action, frost proof mechanism, muzzle brake and a 10x42 hensoldt telescopic sight. The L96A1 is capable of sub MOA with military ammo, and gets to about half of that with good match grade ammo. The AW is imported to the US by Accuracy International, and is for sale to the public.

It will not do 1 hit kills to the chest, it will perform similar to the M24. It is also the same round used in the M24.

one-shot-kill will fuck this game good. the sniper rifles are FINE AS THEY ARE ffs. One shot kills will just make it so that people are afraid to move, and everyone will go sniper kit - especially if the new ff-off on mines is on. If you can't get kills with the sniper rifles now - that's because you suck, not because they need improving
