I had a boil on my leg a few years back couldent feel shit, so i opened it with a needle, dident feel a thing then when i started to press on it it hurt like hell but since im half wiking half pirate , i keept on going and i got all the yellow stuff out

I got some really fucking bad spider bites in Costa Rica, holey shit! The locals were calling it the buggiest, in years....
Basically I woke up with a bite, that had one little cut in my arm, and then around the center was 20+ small itchy, painful bumps that resembled mosquito bites, and then the mosquitoes bit those! I have scars still, and I didnt scratch them even!
btw my mom was convinced that my "ass pimple" was a pimple (i got it in mexico, go figure) so she fucking poped it about 7 days into it!

Yes it's most likely a boil. If it's pissing you off go to the doctors and they'll drain it. If you can stand it then just leave it alone and it will be gone in a week or two. Also it's unlikely to be MRSA and much more likely to be common old staph.
If it's a cyst you're fucked. A guy I know fell on his coccyx a week or two ago, and it's developed in to a fuck off massive cyst. He's been to the doctors about it, and I think they drained it or something like that, and the doctor gagged it was so bad. He also keeps having it burst again whilst around the house, covering his ass in the most disgusting smelling, yellowy brown liquid known to man. He thinks he's probably going to have to have an op.
