How do i get music from my cd?

How do i get music from my music cd's, im wanting to extract them from my cd's and put it on my mp3 player, but when i open the disc it shows no music tracks, i can play the music on media player.

Anyone know how i can get the music?

rip them from cd using media player to your pc
sync from pc to mp3 player

JUst got the music to my desktop, how do i convert them from WMA format to MP3?

You can use a converter (download) or I'm pretty sure you can go into WMP preferences and change the destination file type.
I.e instead of rip to WMA change it to MP3If ure using wmp v 11 just go to the rip tab and select the little menu bar at the bottom of the tab, select format then select MP3
