They banned it from the only station that sent it after that a small girl in norway was murdered when her friends tried some of the kicks and stuff on her

Power rangers was a bit shit really, even at a young age I could tell it was a poor effort, although I did have some toys n shit. My brother (Naightknifar) loved it with a passion.

Yeah, despite the completely and utterly formulaic and thus predictable episodes I did enjoy that as a kid. One would think that when faced by the same evil guys every bloody time with both parties employing the same tactics every bloody time would get a bit dull but to my at the time seven year-old mind, (now it's more of a nine year-old mind,) it was pure awesome. Still the episodes did even get tiresome to a seven year-old which doesn't speak well to the shows writers.
