So Do You Get Those 2 unlocks again? (for ppl with 1.2)

so remember those 2 mysterious unlocks everyone got? most just picked their upgrades, but some ppl said that you were supposed to wait for the new patch to unlock the new guns...

so this is for ppl that have patch 1.2 installed. if you unlocked those 2 new guns with those unlocks, do you get to rechoose new guns once you install the new patch?

i hope to hell you do.lol

If you had waited you could have used those unlocks for the new weapons..if you jumped the gun, you are stuck with what you have till you rank up

I selected the 2 blank unlocks and after installing 1.2 I had the P90 and L96.

Bah, I picked guns that I would use... Do wish I had the P90 though (Stargate fan.....)
Dont worry about it Dilbert, from my memory you are part of AOW? Your a First/Sergeant Major and if thats the case, you probably arent far from more ranks anyway...

hmm...that made me think. I received two unlocks last week and took only one ( for the MP7 ), So I still got one left. I still lack the F2000, so I could either unlock that or one of the blank unlocks. Problem is, which one is the L96 and which is the P90 ?

I never play sniper, and assault only rarely, so I might go with the P90. But which one is it ?

then again, as long as I don't choose the unlock and always click "choose later" when logging in, I should be able to keep it until after the patch and then select it.

hahah.. I selected the empty unlock before when it poped up I thought I'll never get a chance to get the new ones but when I patched the game it was there good thing it was the sniper rifle, I like it a lot I did not get a chance to unlock the P90 (it looks stupid anyways) - but I got to try it when I took one from a dead kit, its not that good so Im happy with what I have now its a good thing too because I need 30,000 pts for my next unlock. although seeing other palyers with the leaf and double bars looks really wierd.

dil, you will get them as yo chose the blank ones. but every1 else will have to wait.

wait wait i didn't understand that. i mean i don't want my to unlocks back. i HAVE ALL UNLOCKS bar the new ones (which were the blank ones) now i picked the blank ones when the random unlocks came up you know the two. i don't want my unlocks back as such. i want to know if when i patch the game i will get the P90 and the new sniper. (do not know the name). as i picked them because i am a SERGEANT MAJOR the final rank for all weapon unlocks.

and some people have said they got them so i think im safe but i would like to hear if anyone is in a simlar situation.

haven't patched game yet waiting for it to come out on the EA site.

The Jackhammer and MP7 just didn't appeal to me more than the P90 and L96A1

yes if you picked the blank unlock you will get either the p90 or the new sniper rifle (it depends if you selected both or just one so when you patch it, it will automaticaly be there.) and if you have more than 50,000 pts you unlock all guns. and also there are new ranks.
