every thread i go to there are ads at the bottom which relate exactly to that
Example:
http://forums.bf2s.com/viewtopic.php?id=87236
we were randomly talking about sex then at the bottom there was ads related to sex

another example:
http://forums.bf2s.com/viewtopic.php?id=91164
a rant about chewing gum
at the bottom there was ads for chewing gum removal

(i hope it was ok to use those threads as examples to the creators )

No, it's not just you. Google's scripts read the page and display adverts related to the content on that page. In the hope of attracting the sorts of people that will be viewing that page. This works well on static sites, but not so well on forums.

google ads --- they take keys words then relate them to ads that fall in sync to the keys words
