P.S. - I have a BMI of ~12% and am a college graduate (not fat and dumb).
Im not really sure what you want to discues here... is it Obama's chances as president? Or the probability that somebody will dig up some dirt on some at one point or another? To answer your newly framed question, yes, he will be hindered, as any president would. That's not to say he (or any new president) will not be able to, "help improve America" but there are so many different factions and factors that influence what a president says and does. He most certainly will be hindered by Congress (regardless of controlling party), lobbying factions, industry, perceptive opinions, etc.
We're in the hypothetical realm - right? Anyways considering the American dumb... I wonder, it only takes a "conspiracy" of one?

Isn't opposition to the rebuilding of Iraq. The US is at a crossroads were pragmatism (getting out) meets idealism (rebuilding a worn torn country, even if we are partly or wholly responsible).
