You said you still need your new mobo and HD. What about the current CPU/RAM, you sure they're compatible with your new motherboard?

It's a nice card though I'm sure you'll have lots of hours of fun with it- haha! You should see the size of the PCB boards on the 8800GTX's... the cards are as long as my motherboard. Also, for my part, as far as graphics card companies go: EVGA pre-overclocked for the win!

I had an ATI X700. It artifacted like a motherfucker so I think its either broken or the fans fucked up or something because eventually instead of artifacting it just gave insta BSOD so I put my shit X300 in. Now I have a 7600GT. That 8800GT looks kinda shit though, the heatsink is pretty nice but the card looks meh.
