My little contrib: Picophone ( http://www.vitez.it/picophone/index.html ) is a audio communication software, from ip to ip or through a server. It's also possible to have a decent conference with 8/10 persons (tested!). With a weight of 57k and no install needed, it's my favorite, but unfortunately no cam allowed.
