Ever since updating to 1.2 i have been getting extreme lag when in game. Should i reinstall or is there anything i can do to fix it?

Me too, Ive been getting lag to the point where I cant type anything beacause it misses letters.

If you downloaded the FULL 1.2 update (as opposed to the incremental one), Uninstall Completely, Wipe your temp folder, reboot, reinstall, repatch and cross fingers.DUH-Hateful- wrote:

BF2 didn't like my SIS Chipset at all. Switched to a VIA Chipset and never crashed once...Sometimes it's software & hardware related. I ditched the SIS board before any patches came out so I can't say if it would have made any differences.
