No, but reminds me of a funny story.

Last year my buddy and I were at an Angels game.  We smoked a bit before the game and were drinking during the game - enough to be buzzed pretty nicely.  We both get up and go to the bathroom.  I finish before he does and am washing my hands in the sink when I hear a *thud* followed by gasps.  I turn around to see my buddy on the ground with his pants halfway down his legs with a few people around him.  He came to an instant later and didn't know what happened.  I still give him shit about it, and I'm laughing to myself as I think about it.

At least they removed the troughs from the bathroom a few years ago, otherwise he would probably would have fallen in a large piss-bathtub.

Dude that happens to me everytime I stand up. My eyes cover up with gray, hexagonal spots. It's fuckin scary as hell but it goes away in a few seconds.

To the OP:

Yeah I have Meniere's Disease so I go through this shit all the time.

Just do whatever helps (because there's lots of shit that works for some, but don't work for others). Stand with your feet wider apart, put your hand against something that's obviously stationary (wall, table, etc.) and look at it to tell your brain that you're not actually moving, eat less salt...

But yeah, see your doc. they'll tell you what's up.
Probably nothing though. My guess is low blood sugar -> completely normal.

We once found two classmates (boy and a girl) sleeping pants down in adjacent bathrooms. Alcohol only, and they were completely unaware of their company next door We also found another guy sitting in a chair, having watched a Greek version of "Idols" with genuine interest for 15 minutes before he started to cry, tears and all.

i had this for 3 days, permanantly dizzy for 3 whole days until the meds kicked in, that was not fun. If it doesnt stop after a few hours go to the docs

Can't say I get any spells or anything, but I notice that when walking down a staircase in a building, if I look straight ahead at the slanting ceiling (or stairs from above floor) rather than look down where I'm stepping, I feel a little dizzying feeling and my stomach feels weird. But it goes away right when I look back down.

Strangely that only happens indoors when there's a wall or ceiling close by. But walking down staircases outdoors and looking straight ahead doesn't give me that feeling.
