The vette is a POS car compared to the beemer... great performance but crappy build quality and a cheap feel....
You're stuck in years past.  The build quality and feel are quite good.  The interior is the only thing lagging behind Euro cars.  The car is fast off the line, fast in 0-60 times, fast 1/4 mile times, and has a top end speed previously seen only in astronomically expensive custom sports cars.  In terms of handling, this car can run the track against any factory production sports car made.
I don't care how it runs the track...

I don't care if it is faster than the beemer...

The enterior is just as important as the exterior...

The beemer goes further per litre of petrol...

Fine.  Not everyone is looking for the same attributes in a car.  If the M3 better fits what you want/need out of a vehicle, then great.  But stop calling the Vette a poor quality hack that doesn't handle like the Euro cars, because in that respect you are flat out wrong.

Frankly, since I'd drive neither car to it's limits more than a few times and (if I was that rich) would have no concern about practicality, I would choose the corvette. Big noisy burbly V8 > all. Well, except a V12 merlin, but you ain't gonna get one of THOSE in a car in a hurry. And it's stupid, because you'd be pushing three tons of steel up to something near 300MPH.

I never said that the Vette has poor handling

I am right though that the BMW is of better Quality..

Have you ever been in a Z06 (or ZR1)? Seen one up close?

I'm thinking not.

If we see it that way, then let me say it this way:

Nothing could make me buy an american car with something like a 6000ccm engine,,, such a waste of fuel when a finely tuned 2500ccm can give you the same acceleration with less pollution and waste of energy...

The whole ideology behind US cars disgust me...

If -1 was still here I would use it on you. Practicality is much on the BMW side over a corvette.

That does it. Hand in your balls, you've just revoked your manhood by saying that bigger and louder is not automatically better. Your vagina will be issued to you within the week.

I hope alot of you realise that the M5 has a top speed of 204 mph(unlimited), the Z06 top speed is 198mph which as far as i'm concerned is lower therefore the Z06 is slower than a M5, far less practical plus it doesnt have as near a desirable badge.

The M5 is electronically limited to 155 mph from the factory
