I didnt like avast, norton, avg.

I have found windows one care pretty good.

I still run scans with spy bot and Ad-Aware 2007 aow and then just to double check things are ok.

CCleaner is really good aswell.

how did you get these viruses? no AV or firewall is bad enough, but they usually dont just attack without getting them from somewhere.

one was in a Vista crack, one was in an IDM crack, I got some from an MSN virus, and the rest I don't know.

Basicly, I was dumb enough to not delete the crack files/scan my PC after using them.
