Sony's invaded Tokyo Bay with a water-and-laser sea monster. The apparition is part of the promotion for a movie called "Water Horse: Legend of the Deep," but even with a title like that, we'll definitely check it out on import DVD when it arrives Stateside just to provide more incentive for stunts like this.

True, I saw that add @ the theater like 8 months ago. What a waste. Why couldn't they make a lazer zombie hoard in NY for I am Legend?

yup. Had the chance to go to the premier at one of the cinemas, but turned it down because the movie looks like a pile 'o' crap. It is about the Loch Ness monster, from Loch Ness, in Scotland, yet it is filmed in New Zealand!
