That is UAV you can see the yellow tone if you look closely, the edge of it is right next to squad leader #5 at the train accident.

Honestly, it's got to be a bug. I did experience something similiar a few months ago. I got auto'd to the other team, but then I was still able to see the artillery placement and UAV sent by the enemy commander. I immediately disconnected and reconnected since I was afraid I was get PB'd for some glitch. After that it was back to normal.

edit: plus, look at the chat msgs....

Wow you guys are retarded. A UAV pass shows all enemies in an area, and its pretty obvious that the UAV trail had just passed off the minimap, and the nicks stay up for almost the entire rotation. When he took the screenshot, the pass had just gone off the right side of the minimap. Go play and stop trying to bust innocent people for hacking. Thank you.

The enemies look to close together for it to be a hack, it just looks like the uav hit them. It just fades away after time.
