I've walked To and from school for 8 years now. Every day. Wind or rain.
Believe me it gets boring. But you are right - the more you walk and for longer, the more time you understand everything about yourself and everything around you.

Do you always walk the same way? Anyway, it's impossible for me to walk to school, cuz I live 30 mins away, by train.
I walk home though, when I got the time.
I walk to and from school everyday for the past 7 years. Although this year we moved house, and now I have to walk up a hill which can overlook the London landscape, which can look great walking home, coz it looks like a picture

if i'm pissed off i'll walk in the rain and arrive soaking wet, only to realize that I'm too wet to do anything, thus i walk back.
