I cannot believe how much better the Sniper rifles are.

THANK YOU EA.

I love the L96A1, and all the other sniper rifles to, Accurate (AS THEY DAM WELL SHOULD BE), and Kill so easily.

I played for 15mins just then, 8 one shot kills out of 10 with the L96A1,

is not a one hit kill, does the same dammage as the M24, the only difference between the L96 and the M24 is the "looks", but i like the scope is tiner than the M24's scope.
now, you can make headshot while standing

this is rubbish - sniper rifles were fine as they were. they've just been made "n00b-friendly". the new rifle is nice - agreed wholeheartedly, but too large a price to pay for the sniper mobs that are about to form on the servers. They were accurate enough, they were powerful enough, for game balance. if you couldn't get headshots before, you needed to practice more, not get them to change fucking dynamics of the whole game. what a load of crap.

dude.. if the game were half as realistic as it should be.. the m95 barret should be able to shoot through tanks.

that sounds great. more snipers. will they be camping or capping flags? :-)

Was on internode karkand 24/7 this morning and there were 4 to 5 snipers on the Square bld roof top, twice the usual number. They didn't relocate even after 3 rounds of arty on the exact spot, flushed them out on the 3rd round with a direct hit on the roof. Gotta love them new sniper folks.

In reality, all EA have done is make the M95 capable of what it should be able to do. Think about it, .50mm round in the chest, from 100 meters and you think your gonna survive?? Now it has been made more realistic. Enjoy the game and watch for my M95 taking you out.

Even though I've been sniping since I've got the game in November, I like the L96A1, but EA should've left the other sniper rifles alone. All they did was make it so people can snipe whenever they want and not even have to practice for accuracy as much.

I agree with ilyandor. The more snipers the better. I'll be the one capping flags and running up the knife stats. Already got my expert badge though, but that won't stop me from pressing '1' to kill.
