Try this.

So let me get that straight.
You press the power button, comp starts, ALL fans spinning, you get the primary check screen (white writing on black background), then you get the
motherboard menu and then it dies.
Right ?

It could be the RAM. Maybe it's because the RAM settings in the BIOS is wrong. Check the CAS of the RAM etc.. and make sure you're running it at that.

If you can't get to the BIOS for some reason. Clear the CMOS by taking it out and putting it back in. That should do it.

CMOS battery looks something like this

Despite heat, some motherboards will shut the system down if it thinks the fan rotation is low for the cpu.

Well, a working board isn't even supposed to beep, beeps are error signals.
That is news to me. Normally, it gives a short beep to confirm succsessful booting.
Some motherboards / cases don't have an on board sound speaker to produce a beep.

Take out everything except the GPU, the CPU, and one stick of RAM. Plug in all the power cables (16-pin mobo power, 4 or 8-pin CPU power, and 6-pin GPU power).

Does it stay on now?

You need new CPU paste anyways.

It's your CPU cooler. This EXACT SAME THING happened to me in August and I had to go a month without my only 1 month old PC.

Get some Arctic Silver 5, and a Thermaltake V1 (like I have). It's the best CPU cooler on air because you don't have to go through the hassle of taking your mobo out.

Yep check in manual that your ram is compatible with motherboard. Try to boot with one stick of ram or someone elses as well.
