Two of my friends have gotten it now. I remember there was a thread a while back about fixing it, but search returned nothing. Does anyone know the solution?

Right click on the game click properties, click on the tab local files and then click check integrity of game cache that might help.

^^ That didnt help me, I reinstalled every game and my achievements were still there but I'll have to beat all my games again.
