New locationmarkers (red/blue) on gamescreen

Since the new patch I see sometimes red and blue numbers on my screen. They belong to the 3d map and indicate somekine of position of something. But I do not now what? I don't think it't the uav. But what is it. I marked the locationmarker on the screenshots.

I see the same exact markers also. I was wondering the same thing. Also when i play regular bf2 everything in bfq is correct, but when i play special forces, in bfq the rank says rankname and private but shows me as a first Lt.

I too saw this marker last night and did not understand what it was referring too. Bug? Also, we can now see UAV planes for opposing teams as well... interesting.

I actually investigated this and looked at where it thought this imaginary object was. I didn't see anything. It didn't seem to be in the middle of the map or it didn't seem like a location marker for anything important. So I have no idea. I think it's a left over reference mark from them changing the maps for the wall bugs.

As for the UAV I an see both teams. One is Blue and the other is Red. It has UAV right above it.

Now imagine if the AA emplacements could take them out also! heh. They can't though.

that distance is right underneath the uav.

I am still not convinced of the uav theorie. This was the reason in the first place i opend the minimap while doing the screenshot. You would see teh yellow circle of the friendlie uav on the map. But you don't......

And as I wanted to go to the imaginary place.... i could not get there. Sometimes the marker just desapered....

On wake island there was a red marker in the very center of the map. it was there the whole game. It's not UAV.
