BF2S Forums I've got to get a new mouse

I have the first generation G5...


I mapped my parachute to the thumb, the yes and no as the right and left scrollwheel click, zoom minimap as pushing down the scroll wheel, and kept left and right the same.

and my left hand never has to leave my keyboard.

Almost, I press the bottom dpi setting, which turns down dpi, so im not spinning 360

Fusion, my point was taht 2000DPI is more accurate than lower DPI. Having, idk, 1.0 sensitivity at 2000DPI is more accurate than 2.0 sensitivity at 400DPI or whatever.

Edit: Although I have a Razer Copperhead myself, the G5 and it are very comparable.  The only difference is buttons, which you say you don't need many of.

Seems to me they're the same.

If there really is a difference, is there a console command to increase or decrease sensitivity that could be bound to a key or two?  If so we could change in game sensitivity w/o changing the mouse DPI.

Personally I've got the MX-518 and wouldn't change it except I spilled something on it and now one of the DPI buttons doesn't work.  Looking to get the new G5 now because it has the sensitivity indicator on the side (have to count to keep track of it in game otherwise).

well I went out last night and picked up a G5 :





this thing is ..... FAST            I don't really like where the 1st thumb button is but the 2nd button (larger one) is nice


its going to take some time to get use to this
