What common household item uses a 5 amp fuse?

I had old speakers, which had no fuse, and it said "use 5 amp fuse only" and I stuck in a 7, and it blew up in my hands. Need a new pair of trousers, as I soiled these ones and flipped the mainboard switch for the downstairs power. Hehehe.

I mean, I knew something massively different would blow it, for example, 1amp to 13 amp, but I didn't think 5-7 would make it go bang.
