I found this. Its perfect for him.. (Guys, he will just play these TF2 and BF2 for online gaming and he doesnt know how to overclock and I doubt he even wants to overclock)

Makes it 700$ on the spot. With an okay processor (I have a Pentium-D, which is a lot worse), an okay Graphics card (That can play TF2 and BF2 on high), a neat case, enough hard drive space, and 2 gb of RAM. Its perfect!

lol - that was my first ever case for my first ever self build. It did the job...for about 3 weeks!
