I was going to vote "Thank god i'm better than them", but then I realised that I'm probably not much better, so I went with the first option.
Usually when I see a noob failing I post a reply in their topic, and don't vote in their poll.

Thank god I'm better than them. God screws me over enough times out in the real world that I'll take what I can get when I'm gifted in the game, and then thank him for it.

We were all noobs once. How did you feel when another player came along and gave you a pointer or two. Now compare that to a player who mocked you for a simple mistake. Id rather play with noobs than so called pro's who have ego's bigger than their assault rifles!
im willing to help if hes willing to learn. if i offer my help and he denies it, then fuck em. i can offer tips and suggestions, but if hes gonna be an ass... then things only get worse for him.
If he's not doing something right, I'll usually help them. Had this guy using a bomber as a fighter, so I showed him the ropes, and he appreciated the help. I kinda felt good about it. Of course, next time, he could be my opponent, but hey, as long as he's on my team, we can't have people using bombers like fighters.
But I do laugh if the newbie is a prick, and he's failing hard. Someone could help them, but they have to act all high and mighty. I say hats off to your demise by out-of-bounds.

I most likely won't follow him around the entire round, but, for example, if I see a low rank player standing up trying to kill an enemy 100 meters away with full auto fire from a support gun class, I'll tell him it's more accurate if he ducks/goes prone.

Generally, if I can spare the time and they're on my team, I give them a quick tip for what they're doing. If I'm busy, I just don't.
If it's an enemy acting dumb, I show no mercy and go for the kill.
I'm of the opinion that we were all learning the game once. I still am, I'm almost out of the sargeants and can't fly for shit.

If they're on my team I help. Otherwise, the enemy must die.
I run them over with cars regardless of what team they're on.
I usually help them out.
