I don't know if you all have seen this. Now we are slowly getting there, I know 32 GB ain't a lot but it is a good start.
I still like the samsung YP-P2 the most though...But there is still ½ year until my next purchase of electronics so much can happen i guess.

anyway I just wanted to let you know about it... start flaming if you feel like it...or don't

Mmmm, price of the stuff is ludacris though (from apple atleast), I dont mind paying for good products but what I cant stand is feeling ripped off.

I don't need more than 8GB for an MP3 player. Whatever it is. I would never use the touch to watch movies. I don't need to. I want music and that is all.

The Touch is falling behind in the imagination of its interface and capabilities - The YP-P2 just released a new firmware, inserting a sort of coverflow, touch games, dictionary, new touch interface. Next thing is WI-FI. Also, don't give me the rubbish about Jailbreaking it, its not the original iPod. Although it has some awesome features like Mail and Notepad, I still think that its a complete waste of space. Either grab the iPhone and actually use it properly, or get some other MP3 player. I am not going to go walking about playing with my touch screen. I just want to listen to music.

The Touch is just an iPod and will stay the same since the first version, maybe with a few upgrades here and there. But Samsung are putting in so much effort to create a more "full" MP3. So far, they are succeeding.

My 1 GB Ipod Nano is enough to be honest. Fits more music on there than the battery can play.

I got the 16GB touch in November last year or something. It was good, but the 32GB was like getting shat on.

Oh well, I agree, I wont watch heaps and heaps of movies, and I only have about a gig and a quarter of music, most of which I dont listen to anyway. The WiFi was a bonus because travelling to places with WiFi at cafes was a big bonus.
Ive got 3 movies on my touch, but they take up <2GBs total.
I wanna put some other funny videos, like Eddie Murphy Delerious and all of that on it though.
But twice as much storage, sheesh.

I have 23.17 GB, 4700 songs that equals 13.8 days of solid playing. This guy has 55 days of music.

32 gb is more than enough for me. 8 gb is enough for me. I have less than .9 gb of stuff on my 30 gb 5.5 video.
