I guess there's just a gap between you and me that I'll never be able to understand.  Knowingly shortening your life doesn't make much sense any way you look at it in my book...

Eating, vaporising, your still messing with the chemistry of your brain.  Chances are you probably won't fuck it up, but of all the shit you can do to your body, messing with your brain's chemistry is pretty risky.

But if you're looking for stress relief, your body produces it naturally in the form of dopamine and endorphins that are released when you exercise... go on a run.
