Aditya Dev Is The World’s Tiniest Bodybuilder At Only 2 Feet 9 Inches
India has been abuzz the last two years with a young man who has become slightly something of a celebrity, in his own right. Meet 19-year-old Aditya “Romea” Dev of India. Like many other 19-year-olds, Aditya enjoys staying buff and keeping in shape. As you have noticed, however, there is something unique about Aditya. He’s TINY.
It’s one thing to call Mini-Me Vern Troyer or that chick from Allie McBeal tiny, but Aditya Dev takes the phrasing to new and special levels of compare and contrast. Standing fully upright, Aditya is no more than 2 feet and 9 inches. That’s right. 2′9”. If you stack 3 little school rulers on top of each other, they will have him by a few inches.
Add to that his weight: no more than 20 pounds. Yet, this guy is a monster at the gym. When you see his full size contrasted with a normal sized body builder, you get an appreciation for not only Aditya’s size but also his determination to pursue something that he really enjoys and not little his ’small’ stature get him down.
The parents of Aditya are extremely proud of their son, who is a quite popular ’stop and observe’ point for people who live in his town. The tiny body builder was recognized by Guinness Book of World Records first in 2006 for being the world’s smallest bodybuilder. And to today, Dev is still going strong with plenty of fans stopping by on a daily lookout. I’d say his gym should be giving him an endorsement.
Is it me or has India been producing a lot of odd-ball Celebrities, regardless they are originals.
If India had crazy game /reality shows, they would give Japan a run for their money. I would hire this guy as a body guard for my son.
