I have been trying to play DOD, CSS, and other games that involve the steam engine and when i do the map will load and when it gets up to the full loading bar it gives me a BSOD and it tells me the cause is nv4_disp. Now I know this is the 7600GT's drivers but i went ahead and reinstalled the drivers and it gave me the same problem. I have no clue what is going on I want to play some god damn CSS

I have a stupid question but could solve your problem. Have you changed monitors in the past couple of months?

Ugh I just got the problem with UT3, fuck it im just going to go buy a 8800
go for the gtx or the ultra, make sure you don't buy somethign that will outdate quickly...and keep in mind that 8800 is pcie, your card may be agp, just based on the gen of the cardInfectiousShadow wrote:
