I can't find whether or not it has been released yet. All I found when I googled it was links to articles saying when the GPU is supposed to come out, which was Fall 2007.

Nah that hasn't got much to do with the new 65nm architecture, also I thought it was the CPU not the GPU of the Xbox, but I may be wrong on this part. Don't know the release date. All I know it's designed to make it cooler and more fail stable.Zimmer wrote:

No, the 65nm "Falcon" CPU revision has already been released. Not only does the smaller architecture mean less heat, less voltage, and more stability, but it is also significantly cheaper to manufacture. I'm looking to see if the 65nm "Jade" GPU has been released. After the Jade GPU is released, the next improvement will be a 45nm CPU revision, and from there a 45nm GPU or vice versa depending on what order Microsoft decides to do it in. After that, they may even develop a 32nm revision, although by that time, there will probably already be a next generation console.xGj wrote:

For the record, I still don't have one yet, although I am extremely close to getting one, which is why I am curious. And there is a reason to if you want to reduce the chances of the 360 bricking itself from heat.The_Sniper_NM wrote:

If you don't feel like reading anything: Elites have upgraded GPU cooling systems that the other 360s don't. The same cooling system is applied to repaired 360s as well, regardless of what version.

No they are not out yet. Like a previous poster has stated only the CPU is 65nm process. However come Fall 2008 is when M$ stated that they would release the 65nm GPU and CPU boards. They even have a another new board in the work for Fall 2009. Its suppose to integrate the CPU and GPU into the unit so they can have only one cooling unit as well.
M$ has done a good job so far accommodating people with the %30 failure rate of the original 360. The newer revisions are working around a 10% failure rate still but I suspect that it will be done to PS3 and Wii levels by 2009. M$ will have learned from this generation of console not to rush their product out so fast. lol
