new ranks and new unlocks

Had a look and cant find an answer to this,

on the list of the "shiny new ranks", it says that when you reach master sergeant you get an unlock, but when you reach First Sergeant it does not mention an unlock?

is this something which is just missed out from the list, because if not then i think it is a little unfair that you would not get an unlock just because you have all the basic badges and get promoted to First Sergeant instead of Master Sergeant.

First Sergeant = Master Sergeant with a nicer insignia. Same unlocks though.

cool, means that i didnt just waste the two unlocks with the new patch! now i will get another one and get one of the new weapons.

EDIT: just looking at the ranks and unlocks and it doesnt add up. Eight new weapons - i still have two more current weapon unlocks to get. so this means that there are 10 more weapons avilable to me. yet if you look at the ranks and unlocks, i will get one unlock when i reach First Sergeant and one more unlock when i reach Sergeant Major. So how do i get the 8 other weapons?

Have you played Special Forces yet? Half of the unlocks require buying/playing the expansion.

yeah got SF and got two unlocks with patch 1.2, then got two unlocks with patch1.2, but till have 10 unlocks left and cant see where they are going to come from.

There are 16 unlocks and you should have 14 unlocked at FS rank

Bah, you fooled me You only have 14 unlocks, you just don't have the new guns, P90 and AWP
