Hi all

Did a search but saw nothing specific if there is one already please point me to it and i will delete this.

Firstly... what exactly is the new range on them if anyone knows......

Secondly, have they changed the way these are guided? I was struggling to get them to move as they used to, it seems to me they sometimes take 2 clicks to get them to alter their course, anyone else noticed this (if they managed to stay in the air for long enough agains the new AA).

Seems to me theat the attack helos are now going to be much less dominant as they NEED a much better partership in the chopper in the first place AND a very skilled gunner to be effective against a competent AA using opposing team.....

TV-Guided missiles now have a shorter range.
-The distance that the TV missile could travel before the patch was 600m.
-The new distance is 400m.
-This is a difference of 200m. In other words, the TV missile now flys only 2/3 of the -distance it did prepatch.

tyeah the biggest problem (AA don't matter anymore) that I (driver) don't hear or see when my gunner shoots, I see u get driver kill assist, but no sound or sight of him shooting. Happens 70% of the time.

And also TV missile: i mean its too short.

Yesterday me and a guy were owning in a chopper, I was flying and he got about 50 points before we died the first time, he had no trouble with the TV missiles and neither did I when I was gunning

A clan mate and I jumped into a chopper when the patch was released to experiment. We had found that the pre-patch effective range of the TV missile was 550m and was now reduced to 450m. We measured this by hovering at various distances from the carrier on a map and TVing things on deck.

As far as guidance is concerned, we didn't notice anything different.
